Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
- Investigating workplace accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Ensuring strict compliance with local HSE regulations, government standards, and internal company policies.
- Developing and delivering safety training programs, toolbox talks, and emergency drills for employees.
- Monitoring environmental impact, managing waste disposal procedures, and ensuring proper PPE usage.
- Maintaining comprehensive HSE documentation, including reports, records, and statistics.
- Collaborating with management to drive a positive safety culture and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in HSE roles within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Valid Sertifikat Kompetensi K3 (K3 Certificate) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001 standards.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret safety data and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and engage employees effectively.
