China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) is a global leader in construction and infrastructure development. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Manager to join our dynamic team in Cikarang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management across our projects, promoting a proactive safety culture, and ensuring full compliance with Indonesian regulations.
As an HSE Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of HSE policies, conduct rigorous risk assessments, and oversee incident investigations to prevent workplace accidents. You will work closely with project managers and site supervisors to identify hazards, enforce safety protocols, and provide essential training to staff. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor the Company's HSE policies, procedures, and plans in compliance with local laws and international standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting to ensure continuous improvement in safety performance.
- Coordinate with external regulatory bodies and government agencies for permits, inspections, and legal compliance.
- Organize and deliver safety training programs, toolbox talks, and orientations for all levels of personnel.
- Monitor HSE budgets and manage the procurement of necessary safety equipment and PPE.
- Champion a positive safety culture and encourage employee involvement in safety initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience as an HSE Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Valid professional certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHAD.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Construction Regulations (K3) and safety management systems (e.g., OHSAS 18001).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
