Join Turner & Townsend as a pivotal HSE Manager in our advanced manufacturing operations. You'll drive our Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) strategy to ensure compliance with global standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires developing and tracking critical performance metrics including injury rates, environmental impact, and regulatory compliance. You'll lead proactive risk assessments, implement robust safety protocols, and report directly to senior leadership on ESH performance. - Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive ESH policies and procedures
- Track and analyze ESH performance metrics (injury rates, environmental compliance)
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance inspections
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Coordinate safety training programs and emergency response drills
- Manage environmental impact monitoring and sustainability initiatives
- Prepare ESH reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with production teams to integrate safety into operational workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of ESH management experience in manufacturing/industrial settings
- Professional certification (CSP, CIH, NEBOSH, or equivalent) preferred
- Deep knowledge of Philippine OSHS standards and international ESH frameworks
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities with ESH metrics
- Experience with incident investigation techniques and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in ESH management software and regulatory compliance tools
