As HSE Manager, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety planning into all project phases, from site preparation to commissioning. Your expertise in construction safety protocols and environmental stewardship will be instrumental in protecting workers, assets, and the surrounding community. The position demands proactive leadership and strategic thinking to anticipate risks in complex infrastructure development.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce comprehensive HSE policies aligned with ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001 standards for the Tier 3 data center construction
- Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits for all contractors and subcontractors
- Implement emergency response plans and incident investigation protocols with root cause analysis
- Manage environmental compliance including waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives
- Deliver targeted HSE training programs for 500+ personnel covering confined space, electrical safety, and fall protection
- Coordinate with local authorities to maintain permits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Prepare monthly HSE performance reports with corrective action tracking for senior stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 7 years of HSE management experience in large-scale construction projects
- Certified HSE Manager (SMK3 Indonesia) or equivalent international certification
- Proven track record in data center, power plant, or critical infrastructure projects
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations (UU No. 1/1970) and international standards
- Advanced proficiency in incident investigation techniques and safety management systems
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence contractors and manage diverse teams
