Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE management systems aligned with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments for construction sites
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents to determine root causes
- Deliver targeted safety training programs for employees and contractors
- Monitor compliance with OHS regulations and company safety policies
- Manage hazardous materials handling and waste disposal procedures
- Prepare detailed HSE reports and performance metrics for management
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety awareness campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in construction or heavy industry
- Valid K3 certification from Indonesian Ministry of Manpower
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and safety auditing
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian OHS regulations (K3) and ISO 45001
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with incident investigation and corrective action implementation
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced construction environments
