You'll conduct regular risk assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of proactive safety awareness among 500+ employees and contractors. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies compliant with Indonesian regulations (K3) and international standards
- Conduct daily workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits across production lines
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents; implement corrective actions
- Deliver targeted HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and supervisors
- Monitor environmental compliance including waste management, emissions, and hazardous materials handling
- Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain crisis management documentation
- Track and analyze HSE KPIs; prepare monthly reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in manufacturing/automotive industry
- Certified K3 Officer (BNSP certification) or equivalent international qualification
- Proficient in Indonesian HSE regulations (Permenaker No. 5/2018) and ISO 45001
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret safety data and recommend improvements
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with safety management software and incident reporting systems
