Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HSE management systems compliant with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits across project locations
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and environmental incidents; recommend corrective actions
- Design and deliver comprehensive HSE training programs for employees and contractors
- Monitor environmental compliance including waste management, emissions control, and sustainability initiatives
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and industry-specific safety regulations
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and prepare regulatory compliance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in construction or heavy industry
- Certification in NEBOSH or equivalent HSE qualification required
- Proficiency in Indonesian safety regulations (PP No. 50/2012) and international standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret safety data and trends
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with HSE management software and incident reporting systems
