Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce HSE policies compliant with Indonesian regulations and international standards
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses with corrective action plans
- Deliver comprehensive safety training programs for construction personnel
- Monitor environmental compliance including waste management and pollution control
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and incident reporting systems
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and safety drills
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and maintain certification compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in construction or heavy industry
- Certification in OSHA, ISO 45001, or equivalent safety management systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor safety regulations (PP 50/2012)
- Proficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis techniques
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with digital safety management software (e.g., SAP EHS)
