Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies across construction sites
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and compliance audits
- Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions
- Deliver safety training programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and inspection of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain safety documentation
- Stay updated on evolving K3L regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of HSE experience in construction or heavy industry
- Certification in K3L/SMK3, OSHA, or equivalent safety management systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations (Permenaker No. 5/2018) and ISO 45001
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in safety reporting software and incident investigation techniques
- Proven ability to implement safety culture improvements in project environments
