Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with OHS regulations.
- Implement and monitor safety policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and emergency response plans.
- Train and educate construction workers on safety protocols, proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and hazard awareness.
- Investigate and report on workplace incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare and maintain accurate safety records, incident reports, and documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with project management to integrate safety considerations into all phases of construction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Valid Sertifikasi Keselamatan Kerja (K3) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HSE roles, specifically within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and construction safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively train and guide site workers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of safety management software.
