Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits at the port and construction sites to identify potential hazards.
- Implement and monitor the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs to raise awareness among employees regarding safety protocols.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure all safety equipment is maintained and in proper working condition.
- Coordinate with management to ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate HSE records and prepare incident reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Valid certification in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a similar HSE role within the construction or port industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a high-risk environment.
