King Duan is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer - Staff K3 MANUFAKTUR to join our growing team. As a leader in the manufacturing industry, we prioritize a safe and healthy work environment for all our employees. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (K3) standards across our production facilities in Rancaekek, Jawa Barat.
In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying potential hazards, ensuring compliance with local safety regulations, and fostering a culture of safety awareness. We are looking for someone who is proactive in risk management and committed to continuous improvement in our operational safety protocols.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on manufacturing equipment and production lines to identify potential hazards.
- Monitor compliance with local Health, Safety, and Environment (K3) regulations and company policies.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Organize and facilitate safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills for staff.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all departments.
- Manage safety documentation, including incident reports, inspection logs, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety improvement programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Valid certification as a K3 Officer (S1 K3) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar HSE role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Deep understanding of OSHA regulations, industrial hygiene, and emergency response procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret safety data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and influence employees at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to safety emergencies.
