Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Provide regular training and toolbox talks to workers regarding safety protocols, emergency procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws (Permenaker) and company-specific safety standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and statistical data related to safety performance and incident logs.
- Collaborate with management and project teams to integrate safety considerations into all operational activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical field.
- Certified Safety Professional (e.g., S1 HSE, AK3, or equivalent international certification like NEBOSH/IOSH is highly preferred).
- Proven experience in the construction industry with a strong focus on HSE management and regulatory compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health regulations and standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret safety data and create actionable reports.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead safety audits independently.
