Join our dynamic team as an HSE Specialist and play a pivotal role in ensuring workplace safety and environmental compliance. You will oversee the implementation of SMK3 (Sistem Manajemen K3), ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards within our smelter operations. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying hazards, conducting risk assessments, and driving continuous improvement in safety protocols. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust safety programs, investigate incidents, and maintain regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in environmental management systems and possess a strong commitment to fostering a culture of safety excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure implementation of SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards in smelter operations
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and environmental audits
- Develop and enforce safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans
- Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Coordinate employee safety training programs and awareness campaigns
- Ensure compliance with national HSE regulations and industry standards
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certification in SMK3, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, or ISO 14001
- Minimum 3 years experience in HSE management within industrial/manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian K3 regulations and environmental standards
- Experience with incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train and influence stakeholders
