Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce comprehensive safety policies aligned with ISO 45001, OSHA, and food industry regulations
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits across production facilities
- Lead incident investigation root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive action plans
- Coordinate employee safety training programs including emergency response, PPE usage, and hazard recognition
- Monitor safety KPIs and prepare detailed compliance reports for management review
- Collaborate with production teams to integrate safety protocols into daily operations
- Manage safety documentation including incident reports, training records, and compliance certificates
- Stay updated on evolving safety regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Safety Officer in food/beverage manufacturing
- Professional certification in OSH (e.g., Certified Safety Professional - CSP) preferred
- Deep knowledge of Philippine OHS standards, DOLE regulations, and HACCP requirements
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Excellent communication and training abilities for safety program implementation
- Proficiency in safety management software and regulatory reporting tools
- First Aid/CPR certification and basic emergency response knowledge
