Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety, health, and environmental management systems
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Deliver employee safety training programs and emergency response drills
- Ensure compliance with national K3 regulations and environmental standards
- Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective preventive actions
- Monitor environmental performance and implement waste reduction initiatives
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and regulatory reporting
- Coordinate with government agencies during inspections and certifications
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age of 30 years
- D3 degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or Public Health
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian K3 regulations and environmental standards
- Experience with safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in safety documentation and regulatory reporting
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Certification in K3 or environmental management preferred
