Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes
- Coordinate safety training programs for employees and contractors
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOSH, and other regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and incident records
- Liaise with regulatory bodies during audits and inspections
- Lead emergency response drills and safety committee meetings
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field
- Certification in safety management (e.g., OSH, NEBOSH, IOSH)
- Minimum 3 years experience in industrial safety management
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations and standards
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis expertise
- Excellent communication and training facilitation skills
- Proficient in safety software and documentation systems
- Valid Malaysian driver's license for site visits
