Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and training programs
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents
- Ensure compliance with K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) regulations
- Monitor environmental performance and sustainability initiatives
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety committee meetings
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and regulatory reporting
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for safety management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in construction industry
- Certification in K3 Construction (SMK3) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and ISO 45001 standards
- Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and training facilitation skills
- Proficiency in HSE documentation and reporting systems
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
