Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE programs and policies
- Conduct workplace safety inspections and risk assessments
- Monitor environmental conditions and ensure regulatory compliance
- Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain safety documentation and prepare compliance reports
- Train employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and manage permits
- Promote safety awareness across all departments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HSE experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations (K3)
- Certification in HSE management (e.g., OSH 18001) preferred
- Experience with incident investigation and risk analysis
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Proficiency in safety documentation systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
