Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain HSSE policies aligned with national regulations and company standards
- Manage occupational health and safety (K3) programs to prevent workplace incidents
- Oversee environmental compliance, including waste management and disposal procedures
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels
- Ensure proper documentation of safety procedures and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate emergency response plans and safety drills
- Monitor environmental performance and implement sustainability initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE roles within manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian K3 regulations and environmental standards
- Certification in HSE management (e.g., OSH, ISO 45001) preferred
- Experience with waste management systems and environmental compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in MS Office and safety management software
