Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine safety inspections and audits to identify potential workplace hazards.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of safety documentation and incident reports.
- Monitor compliance with local safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in safety training sessions and toolbox talks for employees.
- Support the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs.
- Help organize safety awareness campaigns and emergency response drills.
- Collect and analyze data related to workplace incidents and near-misses.
- Collaborate with the safety team to recommend corrective actions for identified risks.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Safety, or a related field.
- Enrolled in a 4 to 6 months mandatory internship program required by your institution.
- Strong understanding of basic safety principles and regulatory standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and report preparation.
- Basic knowledge of first aid or emergency response is an advantage.
