We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join our dynamic team in Cikupa, Banten. As a Safety Officer, your primary mission will be to ensure that all occupational health and safety regulations are strictly followed. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and enforce strict safety protocols for chemical handling and the storage of dangerous goods.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and comprehensive risk assessments, with a strong emphasis on fire hazards and enclosed space entry.
- Lead fire safety drills, manage firefighting equipment maintenance, and ensure overall emergency preparedness.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure strict compliance with national and local occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.
- Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Organize and deliver safety training sessions and daily toolbox talks to staff regarding chemical hazards and confined space protocols.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date safety logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation for internal and external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven working experience as a Safety Officer, HSE Officer, or similar role within a manufacturing, logistics, or chemical processing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of chemical safety standards, dangerous goods transportation regulations, fire safety systems, and enclosed space management.
- Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, First Aid, Fire Safety, or local K3 Umum certification is highly preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and guide staff at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, preventative approach to hazard management.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple safety projects, and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
