Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive HSE training programs for construction site personnel
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments across project sites
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective action plans
- Maintain compliance with OHSAS 18001 and local safety regulations
- Create customized safety materials and documentation in Bahasa Indonesia/English
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety awareness campaigns
- Mentor site supervisors on safety protocol implementation
- Track safety KPIs and prepare compliance reports for management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as HSE Trainer in construction sector
- Certification in OSHA 30/NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualifications
- Strong understanding of Indonesian safety regulations (PP 50/2012)
- Experience developing safety training programs for diverse workforce
- Proficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and construction-specific safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced project environments
