- Manage and maintain HSEQ reporting systems and databases with 100% data accuracy
- Generate comprehensive HSEQ reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Implement automated reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual errors
- Analyze trends in safety/environmental data to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with operations teams to validate field data and resolve discrepancies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- 3+ years in HSEQ reporting, compliance, or data management role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 standards
- Proven experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Excellent attention to detail with data validation methodologies
- Professional certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred
