EcoOils is seeking a dedicated HSSE Manager to lead and ensure excellence in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) performance for our Sei Mangkei operations in Simalungun. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing comprehensive HSSE strategies to maintain regulatory compliance, minimize operational risks, and foster a proactive safety culture. You will drive initiatives that protect our workforce, assets, and surrounding environment while aligning with international standards and local regulations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSSE best practices into daily operations, conduct thorough risk assessments, and lead emergency response preparedness. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement robust HSSE policies, procedures, and management systems compliant with local regulations and international standards (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
- Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections across operational sites.
- Oversee environmental management programs including waste reduction, emissions control, and sustainability initiatives.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and ensure preparedness for potential incidents.
- Deliver HSSE training programs for employees and contractors to promote safety awareness.
- Monitor HSSE performance through KPIs and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Safety Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of HSSE experience with 3+ years in managerial roles within construction or industrial sectors.
- Professional certifications including SMK3 (Indonesia) or NEBOSH/IOSH (international) required.
- Proven expertise in risk assessment methodologies, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive cultural change.
- Proficiency in HSSE management software and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; excellent communication and report-writing skills.
