Join GRC Construction as an HSSE Officer and make a significant impact on our ongoing HDB projects. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to oversee Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) standards across our construction sites. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive risk assessments and implementing corrective measures to eliminate potential hazards. You will act as the primary point of contact for safety compliance, ensuring that all site operations adhere to the latest local regulations and industry best practices. By fostering a safety-first culture, you will ensure the well-being of our workforce and the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects in Yishun.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Enforce strict compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and HDB construction guidelines.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive actions.
- Manage the issuance, monitoring, and renewal of safety permits and certificates.
- Coordinate safety induction training and toolbox talks for all site personnel and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate records of safety audits, incident reports, and training logs.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure full compliance with safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in HSSE within the construction industry.
- Possession of a valid NEBOSH or OSHA Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of local construction safety codes and HDB project requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to command respect on site.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle conflicting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass (or eligible to obtain one) is required.
