As the Human Capital Deputy Division Head, you will be instrumental in leading and optimizing critical HR functions. You will spearhead initiatives across Industrial Relations, HR Compliance, Talent Acquisition (Recruitment), Payroll accuracy, comprehensive Employee Services, impactful Talent Development programs, and innovative Workforce Productivity strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, oversee, and continuously improve all human capital functions including Industrial Relations, HR Compliance, Recruitment, Payroll, and Employee Services.
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent development strategies, ensuring robust succession planning and continuous learning initiatives.
- Drive workforce productivity improvements through effective performance management systems, engagement programs, and organizational design.
- Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian labor laws and internal HR policies, mitigating risks and promoting ethical practices.
- Manage employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment while effectively resolving disputes.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and drive organizational transformation.
- Mentor and develop the HR team, promoting a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
- Prepare and present HR metrics, reports, and insights to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or managerial role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in multiple HR domains, including industrial relations, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, talent development, and HR compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is essential.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal) is required.
