Erablue Electronics is a forward-thinking company seeking a dynamic Regional Generalist (Human Capital & General Affairs) to join our team in Central Java (Jawa Tengah). In this strategic role, you will act as the primary point of contact for HR and GA operations in the region, bridging the gap between local operations and the Head Office. Tanggung Jawab
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all open positions in the Central Java area, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Training & Development: Coordinate internal training programs, onboarding sessions, and professional development workshops to enhance employee skills and retention.
- General Administration: Oversee day-to-day general affairs, including facility management, office supplies coordination, and vendor relations to ensure smooth office operations.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, foster a positive work culture, and act as a liaison between management and staff in the region.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and company HR policies to minimize legal risks.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate HR and GA performance reports, attendance data, and headcount analysis to the Head Office on a monthly basis.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support organizational development initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a Generalist HR or GA role, preferably within the manufacturing or electronics industry.
- Language: Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and government compliance requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
- Soft Skills: Proactive, organized, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the region for site visits and meetings.
