Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for luxury hospitality positions
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company standards
- Oversee general affairs operations including office maintenance, procurement, and vendor management
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives including performance management, training programs, and engagement activities
- Manage administrative functions including documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Organize corporate events, meetings, and facilities management to support business operations
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR and operational strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and General Affairs roles within luxury/hospitality sector
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws (Ketenagakerjaan) and HR best practices
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail in operational matters
