This pivotal leadership role requires you to orchestrate end-to-end HR operations while fostering a culture of employee engagement and organizational growth. You'll lead a dedicated team in developing innovative HR strategies that align with our mining operations' unique demands, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations while optimizing talent acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to enhance HR processes, implement robust personnel systems, and design competitive compensation packages that attract industry professionals. Your expertise will directly impact our operational efficiency by building a resilient workforce pipeline and implementing proactive employee relations initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and mentor the Human Capital General Services team (recruitment, personnel, C&B)
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Develop and administer personnel administration systems and compliance frameworks
  • Design, implement, and optimize compensation & benefits programs
  • Manage employee relations initiatives and conflict resolution processes
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement in talent management
  • Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws and company policies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, personnel administration, and C&B management
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (KUHP, BPJS, etc.)
  • Strong strategic planning and change management capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Mining/industrial experience highly advantageous
