Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years HR generalist experience in luxury retail or premium brands
- Expertise in recruitment strategies for retail/hospitality sectors
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance
- Experience building HR systems from ground-up in scaling companies
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with stakeholder management ability
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office suite
