Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Human Capital team in planning and executing employee engagement programs and internal team-building activities.
- Support the recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Help maintain and update accurate employee records and digital HR documentation systems.
- Coordinate logistical requirements for internal training sessions and people development workshops.
- Assist in drafting internal communications, company-wide announcements, and HR newsletters.
- Support performance management initiatives through data entry and report preparation.
- Conduct research on current HR trends and best practices to suggest improvements for the workplace experience.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Indonesian).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with extreme professional care.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
