Are you an aspiring HR professional eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced publishing environment? Times Publishing is seeking a motivated Human Capital Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey, specifically supporting the end-to-end implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS).

As an intern at Times Publishing, you won't just be observing; you will be an active contributor to our organizational development strategy. You will gain exposure to project management, data analysis, and user experience design within an enterprise HR context. If you are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about people development, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of the LMS implementation project, from planning to go-live.
  • Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify bugs and ensure system functionality matches requirements.
  • Design, curate, and upload engaging learning content into the LMS platform.
  • Perform market research on industry trends in human capital development and digital learning solutions.
  • Assist in drafting user manuals, training guides, and communication materials for employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot system access and user experience issues.
  • Track project milestones and provide regular progress reports to the Human Capital management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR technology, digital transformation, and learning & development (L&D).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable learning new software platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a project-based environment.
  • A proactive attitude with the desire to learn and contribute to team goals.
