Are you an experienced HR professional passionate about operational excellence within the fast-paced retail grocery sector? Lippo Karawaci is seeking a dynamic Human Capital Operations Lead to drive our HC strategy, ensuring seamless delivery of payroll, compensation & benefits, and robust industrial relations.

In this critical leadership role, you will act as the backbone of our HR function, optimizing internal processes to foster an environment of high productivity and compliance. You will work closely with leadership to scale our operations effectively while maintaining employee satisfaction and organizational integrity across our retail network.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll administration process, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely disbursement for all retail staff.
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with industry standards and regional market trends.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for industrial relations, managing conflict resolution and ensuring adherence to Indonesian labor laws.
  • Drive operational excellence by streamlining HC workflows and digitizing administrative processes.
  • Maintain full compliance with local regulatory requirements, audits, and internal reporting standards.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing HR operations team to deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business unit heads to forecast staffing needs and align HC operations with retail growth targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR Operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within the retail or FMCG sector.
  • Strong command of Indonesian Labor Laws (UU Cipta Kerja) and industrial relation protocols.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale payroll operations and complex C&B structures.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced data management skills (Excel/HR analytics).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate sensitive employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is required for regional reporting and communication.
