Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify employee development gaps and opportunities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and learning materials
- Lead organization development initiatives including leadership coaching and team-building interventions
- Manage internal company events that enhance employee engagement and organizational culture
- Implement performance improvement systems and talent management frameworks
- Analyze learning metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI
- Facilitate change management processes during organizational transitions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in organization development, talent management, or HR training
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing competency-based development programs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR data and learning analytics
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with experience leading executive workshops
- Proficiency in HRIS and learning management systems (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday)
- Change management certification or formal training preferred
