Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all human capital functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management in the assigned regional area
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives and regional operational needs
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract, interview, and hire qualified candidates for various positions
- Manage employee relations, addressing workplace issues, conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and implement improvements to HR processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR-related matters
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the agricultural or plantation industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
