Tanggung Jawab
- Compile and distribute periodic HR reports for management review
- Analyze workforce metrics including turnover, attendance, and productivity
- Monitor recruitment effectiveness and optimize hiring processes
- Support HR initiatives including employee engagement programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with organizational aptitude
