Your expertise will be vital in handling BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan (Health and Labor Social Security) matters, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting various HR processes that contribute to our organizational success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage comprehensive employee administration records and documentation
- Handle BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan enrollment and compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and Indonesian labor regulations
- Support recruitment processes including screening and documentation
- Maintain and update HR information systems
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel files
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, specifically in personalia
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Familiarity with BPJS procedures and requirements
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
