Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of talent
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations and company standards
- Manage employee relations initiatives including conflict resolution and performance management
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression
- Lead HR administrative functions including payroll processing, benefits administration, and record-keeping
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements to workforce planning
- Organize wellness programs and engagement activities to promote positive workplace culture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HR compliance standards
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP) is highly desirable
