Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across multiple business units.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and support career progression.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
- Foster a positive company culture through employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor regulations and company policies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in hospitality or service industries.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and employer branding.
