Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all open positions within the territory, ensuring efficiency and quality of hire.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and HR staff to maximize their performance and professional growth.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and talent pipelines aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand organizational needs and ensure timely staffing.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, universities, and industry networks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership position within a territory or regional setting.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of labor regulations and employment practices in Indonesia.
