Hexacon Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Human Resource Admin to join our team in Balestier. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily HR operations, ensuring our workforce is supported, compliant, and well-managed.

As our HR Admin, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between management and our site teams. You will handle sensitive documentation, coordinate recruitment drives, and ensure that our work pass processes for foreign employees are handled with precision. If you are organized, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage the end-to-end work pass application, renewal, and cancellation processes (EP, S Pass, Work Permit).
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding procedures for new hires and exiting employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and the HRIS database with high accuracy.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll-related data and attendance tracking for construction site personnel.
  • Support the HR department in implementing company policies and organizing employee engagement activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or office support, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Employment Act and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Bilingual proficiency is highly advantageous to communicate with diverse teams on-site.
