Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of technical and non-technical staff
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring adherence to Malaysian labor laws and company standards
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives
- Oversee administrative functions including leave management, payroll coordination, and documentation maintenance
- Conduct training needs assessments and organize professional development programs
- Manage employee benefits administration and compliance with statutory requirements
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations and administration
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and labor regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity
- Certification in HR management (e.g., CIPD) is advantageous
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
