Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks ensuring legal compliance
  • Oversee employee relations initiatives, grievance handling, and performance management systems
  • Coordinate administrative functions including office management, procurement, and facility maintenance
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems accurately and timely
  • Conduct training needs assessments and organize professional development programs
  • Prepare HR analytics and reports for management decision-making
  • Support company events and employee engagement activities

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and administration roles
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
