Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with posting job advertisements and screening resumes to support the recruitment process.
- Help prepare and coordinate employee onboarding documentation and orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate HR files and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Support the organization of training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement events.
- Provide administrative support, including handling phone calls, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
- Compile HR reports and metrics as required, ensuring data accuracy.
- Participate in employee satisfaction initiatives and help foster a positive work environment.
- Perform other HR‑related duties as assigned by the HR Manager or team members.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic spreadsheet functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Proactive problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn new processes.
- Prior internship or exposure to HR functions is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to adapt in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
