Tanggung Jawab
- Administer compensation and benefits programs including payroll processing, claims management, and benefits enrollment
- Manage employee lifecycle documentation from onboarding to separation
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
- Organize employee training programs and professional development initiatives
- Handle employee relations inquiries and resolve workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate HR analytics reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR administration experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution experience
