You will play a pivotal role in maintaining office efficiency, managing employee records, and ensuring our administrative processes run seamlessly.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee databases and personnel records.
- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks, including supplies management and general office maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Support the management team in organizing company events and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
