Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to secure and retain top talent.
  • Oversee and execute monthly payroll processing, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), and tax compliance.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures in compliance with Malaysian Labor Law.
  • Lead employee relations initiatives, handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management programs.
  • Supervise general office administration, including facility management, office supplies procurement, and company vehicle maintenance.
  • Coordinate employee welfare activities, company events, and health and safety (OSHA) compliance initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare regular HR reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HR and administration, preferably within a manufacturing or heavy industry sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and prevailing labor regulations.
  • Proven experience managing HR operations for a workforce of 100–200 employees.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with high integrity and confidentiality.
