Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks such as document management, record-keeping, and compliance monitoring
- Support recruitment efforts through job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Facilitate employee relations initiatives including conflict resolution and policy communications
- Conduct HR data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies across all HR operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR coordination or operational support experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and HR best practices
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
