- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel documentation in compliance with labor laws
- Process payroll efficiently and ensure timely salary disbursement to all staff
- Monitor HR compliance with Malaysian labor regulations and company policies
- Assist in employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation procedures
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Prepare HR reports and documentation for management review and audits
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or medical settings
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for employee interaction
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
